What types of Payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel/change my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation/change between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. And Make sure to provide your order number.

Your order will be changed or cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet, and we’ll confirm you once the process has been made.

If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

I submitted the wrong address!

Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

I am missing items from my order!

Most of the orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China, However depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
