While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with GearMajor, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at suppport@gearmajor.com within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Woops, sorry about that! Unfortunately, shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email at support@gearmajor.com, and we'll be happy to help you out!

Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Why am I missing items?

Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!

My order never arrived!

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us an email at support@gearmajor.com, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out!

How long is the  Returns Process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return.

We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

When it comes to refunds, you have two options:

Cash Refund!

We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.

Store Credit!

We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order. 

When will I receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. 

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
