How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of the orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 14 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 14-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

I submitted the wrong address!

Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at support@gearmajor.com and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

Unexpected Delays!

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as, (Covid-19) Pandemic, international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
